 The Gardner Center is a two story Brick Retail and Office
Center on Forest Drive near Chinquapin Round Road within the City limits of Annapolis -
the State Capital of Maryland sitting on 5.9 acres. It has 26,000-sq. ft. of retail rental
on the first floor with drive up parking and 26,000-sq. ft. on the second floor. The
center was built in stages. First began in 1964, the final section was completed in 1986.
With the addition of the final section to the Center, came a new brick façade
along with a covered walkway connecting the front entrance of each of the second floor
offices. It has parking front and rear for approximately 200 vehicles.
Two adjacent pieces of vacant land are part of the Center. One is fronting Forest Drive.. It is 1.4 acres with 190 feet of frontage available for a land lease or a long-term build to suite lease.
